Head Coach - Job Summary
The Head Coach leads studio coaching efforts by delivering high-quality fitness classes and supporting both coach development and studio operations to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach an average of 10 classes per week.
- Set coaching standards and serve as a role model for new and existing coaches.
- Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience aligned with company standards.
- Meet individual and studio utilization and retention goals.
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations under direction of the Area Manager.
- Lead outreach and marketing to attract new clients and build community partnerships.
- Provide ongoing coach development and support, including new coach training.
- Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations and promotions.
- Perform routine operational tasks such as ordering supplies, inventory, and sales logs maintenance.
- Ensure studio and equipment cleanliness and functionality.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Available to work 40 hours per week including weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Proficiency with G-Suite and MS Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
- 1-2 years of prior group fitness experience.
- Strong passion for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop relationships.
- Comfortable leading high-energy classes with microphone use.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
