Head Coach - Job Summary

The Head Coach leads studio coaching efforts by delivering high-quality fitness classes and supporting both coach development and studio operations to ensure client satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach an average of 10 classes per week.
  • Set coaching standards and serve as a role model for new and existing coaches.
  • Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience aligned with company standards.
  • Meet individual and studio utilization and retention goals.
  • Assist with day-to-day studio operations under direction of the Area Manager.
  • Lead outreach and marketing to attract new clients and build community partnerships.
  • Provide ongoing coach development and support, including new coach training.
  • Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations and promotions.
  • Perform routine operational tasks such as ordering supplies, inventory, and sales logs maintenance.
  • Ensure studio and equipment cleanliness and functionality.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Available to work 40 hours per week including weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite and MS Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
  • 1-2 years of prior group fitness experience.
  • Strong passion for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop relationships.
  • Comfortable leading high-energy classes with microphone use.
  • Optimistic, reliable, outgoing, personable, and professional.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Capable of modeling and representing the [solidcore] brand and culture.
