Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will build and nurture engaging, authentic relationships across social platforms, create compelling content, and act as a strategic storyteller to enhance brand presence and foster community growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, and review platforms
- Foster genuine two-way conversations and identify brand advocates
- Create engaging content that simplifies financial concepts for buyers and users
- Support founder personal branding with authentic content
- Execute online and offline community experiences and events
- Manage review platforms and encourage positive advocacy
- Track engagement metrics and report community feedback to inform product and marketing
- Test new channels such as Reddit, YouTube, or X
- Collaborate with media buyers on paid tactics to boost content reach
Requirements
- 4+ years in community management or social media, preferably B2B SaaS
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Meta platforms
- Excellent written communication with a human, witty, and authentic tone
- Experience with social monitoring and management tools like Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Buffer, BuzzSumo
- Skilled in strategic reporting correlating to the customer journey
- Experience using AI and automation for content creation and scaling
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple responsibilities
- Experience organizing online events such as webinars
- Expertise in graphic design and professional video editing tools (Figma, Adobe, Capcut, Descript)
- Ability to communicate financial solutions clearly
- Preferred: knowledge of SEO, content marketing, prompt engineering, automation tools, and internet culture judgment
