Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will join the Community team to deliver social-first editorial content, manage online community engagement, and work collaboratively with various departments to drive client social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative copywriting tailored for social media platforms and managing live publishing
- Stimulating and sustaining conversations and relationships with brand audiences through community management
- Managing day-to-day delivery of editorial calendars and creative campaigns
- Collaborating with the creative studio to ideate and brief engaging content for organic social activations
- Building strong client relationships and identifying business development opportunities
- Offering strategic thinking, creative insight, and commercial understanding to develop plans
- Researching latest social tools, platforms and trends to innovate and experiment
- Delivering reports, performance tracking, and trend analysis to clients
- Challenging the team and clients with new opportunities for innovation across B2B & technology
Requirements
- Previous experience translating research into compelling editorial for brands
- Strong understanding of social media and its value to brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internet language fluency
- Creative eye for content both written and visual, familiar with social media formats like Reels and TikTok
- Excellent organizational, time management, and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using various social media platforms and tools, experience with Sprinklr/Hootsuite/Opal is a plus
- Creative, strategic, and intelligent thinking abilities
