Social Media & Community Manager - Job Summary

The Social Media & Community Manager will own Aspire's social presence, lead the Inside Influence Slack community, and create engaging content and campaigns to represent the company in the creator economy space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Aspire's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts including content planning and performance reporting
  • Launch and lead Aspire's TikTok channel by developing content strategy and producing short-form video content
  • Lead the Inside Influence Slack community by creating conversation prompts, hosting AMAs, and fostering connections
  • Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to create engaging social narratives
  • Monitor social media trends and competitive movements to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Repurpose existing content into snackable social posts
  • Develop multi-channel campaigns around product launches and industry trends
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
  • Engage authentically with audience through comments, DMs, and community interactions

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in social media or community management in B2B SaaS, influencer marketing, or creator economy
  • Proven track record managing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts
  • Strong writing skills with ability to craft compelling social copy
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Pro
  • Experience running or moderating online communities such as Slack or Discord
  • Data-driven mindset with social media analytics experience
  • Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices
  • Self-starter able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Collaborative and enthusiastic about cross-functional teamwork
