Marketing Community Manager - Job Summary
The Marketing Community Manager role involves building relationships, managing social media, and representing the brand at community events to strengthen customer connections and attract new ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at dealership events, promotions, and community sponsorships before, during, and after activations
- Build and nurture relationships with local organizations, schools, and community partners
- Manage daily social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Engage with audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally and on-brand
- Create and share content showcasing vehicles, promotions, events, employees, and customer stories
- Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to align messaging and ensure impactful campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or digital marketing
- Experience in automotive, retail, or local business marketing is a plus
- Confidence in public brand representation and professional customer interaction
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and content performance
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills
- Basic graphic design and video editing experience (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
- Flexibility to support events or campaigns outside standard business hours
