Community Marketing Manager - Job Summary
Manage influencer partnerships and create engaging content to grow and nurture the community while working within the Growth Marketing Team to combine creativity and data in marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with influencers and users to extend brand content distribution.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, communication, script reviews, and creative feedback.
- Engage with the community to raise product awareness and translate insights into stories.
- Write marketing materials including social and PPC captions and microcopy.
- Develop native hooks and headlines for various platforms.
- Conduct competitive and industry research to shape narratives aligned with ICPs.
- Collaborate with design, video, and performance teams across touchpoints.
- Analyze data to optimize engagement, CTRs, and conversions.
- Apply SEO and SMO best practices maintaining authenticity and readability.
- A/B test content elements to improve performance.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing influencer partnerships and campaigns.
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing or growth-focused content roles.
- Native English speaker with natural, conversational writing and impeccable grammar.
- Skilled in strategic messaging and sharp, entertaining copy.
- Experience writing for social, PPC, and landing pages.
- Ability to balance storytelling with conversion goals.
- Curious, research-driven, quick learner of audiences, products, and industries.
- Familiar with content trends, hooks, and storytelling techniques across platforms.
- Experience using AI for content creation while valuing original human ideas.
- Advantages include experience ghostwriting, basic video editing skills, SEO understanding, analytics use, and B2B influencer management.
