Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage direct communication through digital channels to maintain customer satisfaction, overseeing social media and customer care, while fostering engagement and monitoring trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly social network calendar and serve as liaison with clients
- Publish monthly content plans and respond to comments and queries
- Monitor conversation trends and cultural moments for real-time marketing
- Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders
- Manage social networks and customer care channels via email and phone
- Promote some content on social networks
- Participate in team meetings and report project status
- Produce monthly quantitative and qualitative performance reports
- Research new social media trends and content formats to keep brands relevant
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Community Manager
- Professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Social Communication
- Up-to-date social network management skills
- Customer-oriented, organized and detail attentive
- Sociable with good engagement skills
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Availability to work full time
