Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage direct communication through digital channels to maintain customer satisfaction, overseeing social media and customer care, while fostering engagement and monitoring trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly social network calendar and serve as liaison with clients
  • Publish monthly content plans and respond to comments and queries
  • Monitor conversation trends and cultural moments for real-time marketing
  • Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders
  • Manage social networks and customer care channels via email and phone
  • Promote some content on social networks
  • Participate in team meetings and report project status
  • Produce monthly quantitative and qualitative performance reports
  • Research new social media trends and content formats to keep brands relevant

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Community Manager
  • Professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Social Communication
  • Up-to-date social network management skills
  • Customer-oriented, organized and detail attentive
  • Sociable with good engagement skills
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Availability to work full time

Education

Professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Social Communication
