Customer and Community Marketing Manager - Job Summary
The role focuses on developing and executing customer and community marketing programs to strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators while driving install base growth via upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage customer and community advocacy programs to amplify success stories and shared outcomes.
- Capture customer insights to inform messaging, content, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop initiatives to deepen relationships with customers, partners, and collaborators.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales to identify engagement opportunities for pipeline growth and advocacy.
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns highlighting customer success and ecosystem collaboration for install-base expansion.
- Create co-developed content like case studies and videos to demonstrate solution value.
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize and activate community initiatives globally.
- Define and track KPIs for customer and ecosystem marketing activities.
- Report on program performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Leverage AI tools and marketing technologies to analyze performance and personalize engagement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or asset management.
- Proven experience in partner, ecosystem, alliance, or co-marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and go-to-market motions in complex partner environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects across regions and functions.
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.
