Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead and manage workspace operations and member relationships to ensure an exceptional and welcoming community experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and resolve building and member issues
- Lead and support Community Associate(s), delegating tasks and motivating the team
- Build and maintain strong member relationships, acting as main point of contact
- Support initiatives and events to foster a friendly community atmosphere
- Maintain high presentation standards ensuring the site is showroom ready
- Implement processes to achieve KPI targets and align team performance with company goals
- Continuously improve space and services based on member feedback
