Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube; expand to new channels
  • Develop and run an editorial calendar highlighting mission, product releases, customer outcomes, and culture
  • Create engaging social media content using tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, and AI assistance
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats and collaborate on case studies, webinars, and launches
  • Build and engage a community of clinicians, practice leaders, and other stakeholders
  • Respond promptly and empathetically to the community
  • Track metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and lead quality, and iterate based on data
  • Maintain a clear, compassionate, trustworthy, and forward-looking brand voice

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in social media, content, or community management for product-led B2B or health tech
  • Strong storytelling skills with a proven B2B social media track record
  • Fluency in LinkedIn thought leadership and short-form video content
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, CapCut, and AI tools for content creation
  • Comfortable using analytics dashboards and simple growth models
  • Excellent written English, sharp editorial judgment, and a strong ethical compass
  • Calm under deadlines, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
