Responsible for building and activating club communities through events, activations, partnerships, and digital storytelling to drive engagement, retention, and membership growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and activate club communities through engaging events and on-site activations
- Develop and manage local partnerships

- Travel regularly between Lakeshore and Elite club locations to support events and partnerships
- Collaborate with club leaders, programming teams, and external partners
- Spot opportunities and activate spaces to create engaging community moments
- Bring energy to clubs and strengthen member relationships
